Instructions for the Model Gen 27 Colloidal Silver Generator.

The Gen 27 comes complete and ready to use. The unit is powered by 3, 9 Volt batteries and the electrodes are .999 fine silver.

This unit is 100% guaranteed to operate as advertised for 90 days. If you have any problems with the operation of this unit contact us for assistance. Guarantee does not cover misuse, neglect or physical damage. Batteries and .999 silver electrodes are consumable and also not covered by the guarantee. We recommend doing research on the subject of colloidal silver generation to find out if this process is something you wish to experiment with and is suitable for your needs.

Start with distilled water in a glass container (do not use metal). Our electrodes are long enough to use in a 16-ounce tumbler. Submerge about 4 inches of the electrodes into the water. Do not put the joint where the silver electrodes and the connecting wires are joined, these are soldered and solder contains lead. Submerging this into the water would be hazardous. Do not let them touch each other or the unit will short circuit and may damage the unit, this also may cause the batteries to overheat and explode. Do not worry about getting shocked. Bend the electrodes as necessary to accommodate your container. Placement of the electrodes is not critical as long as they are not touching. Plug the electrode wires into the Gen 27. Polarity is not important.

Turn the switch to the "on" position, you should see the voltage meter register about 27 volts. The mA meter should register at or near zero. If you see a current larger than 5 mA your water is not pure enough. After some time (this will vary with your water and temperature) you will see an increase in current (mA). You will have to experiment with the time and mA reading to get the concentration you want. Once you decide on your concentration it is very easy to duplicate the process, just make a note of the meter readings and the next batch will be the same. Once battery voltage drops below about 20 volts it's time to change them.

To change batteries: Open the unit by unscrewing the cover screws and carefully separate the case. The batteries are held in place by double back tape. Carefully pry the batteries up and remove the connector on top of the batteries. Replace with new, fresh batteries and put back in place. After a few times it may be necessary to replace the double back tape as well.

I sincerely hope you enjoy your Gen 27 and it provides you with your expectations. If you have any suggestions for improvements I welcome them.

Extra electrodes are available from us at $12.95 per set (shipping included) If you decide to use your own or from another source make sure they are at least .999 pure.
